NILEIT Aurangabad Runs B. Tech. Programme. This is a four years (Eight Semesters) course which is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The Degree is awarded by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
The AICTE approved B.Tech (Electronics System Engineering) offered by the center is uniquely designed taking into account latest industrial trends and requirements for churning out highly skilled Engineers. The essentials of Electronic Systems Engineering are dealt in core subjects and others as electives. The course is retrofitted with interdisciplinary field issues such as requirements engineering, industrial design, product engineering, ergonomics, aesthetics, System-level packaging, thermal design, reliability, EMI&EMC, testing & evaluation, maintainability, Serviceability necessary for successful system development, design, implementation and ultimate disposal after decommission. The core modules of Electronic Systems Engineering stream focuses on integration of analog & digital electronics hardware and software, computers, and communication technologies to varieties of systems such as embedded systems, instrumentation and control, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and power and energy etc. to innovate tomorrow's intelligent electronic products and systems today. Degree is awarded by Dr. B.A.M. University.
Eligibility
XIIth standard passed from a recognized Board with Physics, Mathematics, as compulsory subjects Chemistry /BioTechnology /Biology /Technical vocational Subjects with atleast 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category), in the above subjects taken together.

Candidates selected against the quota for "Persons with Disabilities" as per the PWD Act, may avail horizontal reservation in the appropriate category limited to maximum 3% (Rounded off to 2 seats) as per the roster meant for reservation of SC/ST/OBC categories.
Seats are reserved as per Government of India Rules and Guidelines, AICTE and/or Dr. B.A.M. University approval.

International Applicants (Foreign Nationals):

The seats are reserved for foreign nationals as per Government of India Rules and University approval. Admission of Foreign Nationals is subject to guidelines, laid down by Government of India from time to time. Foreign nationals may apply for admission to B.Tech course subject to fulfilling the minimum eligibility requirements through proper channel. Their application will, however, be considered separately on first cum first serve basis.
