M.Tech Fee Structure (2025-26)

Spot admission for vacant seats in M.Tech Electronics Design and Technology & VLSI Design programmes at NIELIT Gorakhpur will be conducted as per the following schedule:

Last Date of Online Spot Registration: 13th September 2025

Merit Declaration: 14th September 2025

Physical Reporting & Registration: 15th Septemeber 2025

Spot Admission Process

The following procedure may be adopted during spot admission to various programs of NIELIT Gorakhpur Deemed to be University.

1. An application fee of Rs 500/- from candidates belonging to SC/ST category and Rs 1000/- from other candidates to be charged along with application.
2. Preparation of merit shall be based on following criteria
   1. The candidates, who have been declared qualified in anyone of the NDU Entrance Tests conducted by NDU but not got any seat, must be given preference over other candidates (no fee to be charged)
   2. For remaining candidates, including those who appeared in entrance tests but could not qualify and allotted seat but not reported, prepare the merit list based on marks in the eligibility qualification.
3. After preparation of merit list, it will be displayed and candidates will be called for admission.
4. Verification of documents and fee payment shall remain be same.
