NIELIT GIDA Study Centre

NIELIT Gorakhpur launched its First Study Centre in GIDA (Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority), Gorakhpur. NIELIT GIDA Study Centre has been setup considering the view point of its remote location from Gorakhpur main city, so that students of the nearby ares can get the state of art education in the field of Information Electronics and Communication Technology(IECT). GIDA, being the Industrial hub of Gorakhpur and nearby areas, it has good employment avenues for the trained candidate to get employment in the nearby Industries also apart from other Govt & Private sector. MoU for NIELIT GIDA Study Centre has been exchanged on 30^th November 2023 in the august presence of Sh. Yogi Adityanath, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

Main objectives behind this initiative is to get excellence in the field of capacity building by running various long term and short term courses at this Study Centre which will enhance employability skills of the youth of the State in Government sector, MNC, Corporates as well as in local & nearby industries. Furthermore, NIELIT GIDA study centre has been set up with the following objectives:

To generate quality manpower and develop skilled professionals in the area of Information, Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT) and allied areas by providing world class education & training and other services.
To support industries with industry ready trained manpower as per their customised need.
To provide continuing support to learners and trainers through active design & development of innovative curricula and acquisition of content aligned with the dynamically changing IECT scenario.
To establish a quality system of examination and certification that is globally recognized providing a fair assessment of the competency of students.
To establish standards in the areas of IECT and to develop markets in the emerging areas.
To impart continuing Education for up-gradation of knowledge and skills, in view of high obsolescence in the area of IECT, e-Governance, ESDM etc.

Internship, Industrial Training, Summer Training, Orientation Programs& other training programs in various discipline like IoT, Embedded System, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Web Designing / Development, Tally, Python, Office Automation, etc		4 / 6 / 8 / 12 weeks or as per requirements 10, 15, 30, 60, 90 Hours or as per requirements Half Day/ Full Day, 3 days. 5 days or as per requirements Eligibility: 12th, Diploma, Graduates, Engineering etc
Training of Government Officials & Corporate training programs including DGR's Pre Release Course.
Other programs, workshops etc as required from time to time to generate employment opportunities to the local youths.
