DDCA/DCWP Instructions to Candidates

The selection is based on the information provided by the candidates in on-line/hardcopy applications. Final admission will be subject to validly of proof for caste, income, qualification, nativity etc submitted by candidates as applicable.

Candidates are requested to report at the nearest training centre (list attached) with the following documents at the earliest

1. Income certificate in original

(only candidates with annual family income less than ` 3.0 Lakh are eligible)

2. Caste certificate in original (only SC candidates are eligible)

3. Certificate/mark list of qualifying examination and mark lists in original (for verification) and attested copies of the same. ( for DDCA , students undergoing degree have to produce proof for the same)

4. Identity and Address proof original (for verification) and attested copy of the same (UID/Voters ID/Driving license/Pass port/ID card issued by Govt. /school authority etc.)

5. Passport size photograph – 2 nos.

6. Affidavit in the format given below, on a ` 100/- Stamp paper

I also understand that I will not discontinue the coaching in between. In case I do, I will be liable to refund the amount spent on coaching to the Government as per rules.
