A Workshop on "Team Building and Conflict Resolution" was conducted for the employees of NIELIT Delhi Centre on 21st May,2017 at Jaypee Siddharth, New Delhi. The objective of this workshop was to build up a performance oriented workforce and a clean work environment. The Training partner was Human Resource Development Centre, New Delhi. 

The workshop was activity based in which the participants gone through a series of rounds and situations where they were needed to make group discussions and reach a consensus on actions that impacted there final result. In the end of the workshop feedback was collected about the same.
