  • Session 2: Basic Linux Commands
  • Session 3: Python Essentials & Work outs
  • Session 4: Building Python on Raspberry Pi & Controlling GPIOs
  • Session 5: Hands on with Raspi Interfacing ( LEDs, Switches, Sensors, Bluetooth, RTC, motors etc)
  • Session 6: Mini Project ( Like, Mini Weather Sensor Network over internet)

The Raspberry Pi is a series of credit card sized, powerful & lightweight ARM based single-board computers that have revolutionized rapid prototyping of applications, especially tailored for Internet of Things It primarily uses Linux-kernel-based operating systems and is an open hardware, with the exception of the Broadcom SoC which houses main components like CPU, graphics, memory, USB controller, etc. Prime advantages of Raspi include small form factor, low power consumption, low cost, variety of interfaces and communication protocols and ease to learning and prototyping Many of the projects made with a Raspberry Pi are open and well-documented and can be modified freely to prototype designs
