Three days workshop on e-Governance and Government Process Reengineering was organized by NIELIT Delhi Centre for officers of Departments of Government of NCT Delhi.

Residential workshop was organized at Neemrana, Rajasthan from 19th Dec 2014 to 21st Dec 2014. In the workshop, there were few sessions on the e- governance aspects and topics like Document Signer and Digital Signature, e- Taal, Service Guarantee Acts, etc. and insights on Government Process reengineering and service identification of various departments of government of Delhi. Participants of training were senior level officers from various departments of GNCTD like Revenue, GAD, IT, Industries, Transport, Municipality, Delhi Legislative Assembly.

The inaugural sessions of the training were taken by Sh. Arun Baroka, Seretary (IT), GNCTD and Sh. Ajay Chagti, Additional Secretary (IT), GNCTD who shared their vision on e-Governance.
