Shri Karnesh Sharma, Deptuy Commissioner of Rupnagar inaugurated the Rupnagar City Centre of NIELIT Ropar on 7th April, 2016 in the august presence of Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma, Director General, NIELIT. The Inaugural function was also attended by Superintendent of Police,  Addtitional DC and SDM Rupnagar.
