A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) and M/s Abhinav Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. on June 6, 2014 by Dr. Sanjeev Gupta, Addl. Director (IT), NIELIT and Dr. Pankaj Phadnis, MD, M/s AKS at NIELIT HQ, New Delhi, in the august presence of Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma, Managing Director, NIELIT and other officers of NIELIT.
