NIELIT Ropar celebrated "World Environment Day" on 5th June, 2024.  During the occasion, a Jamun tree and an Apple tree were planted within the campus of NIELIT Ropar, aligning with the theme set for World Environment Day 2024: “Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience,” with the slogan, “Our Land, Our Future.”  The visiting Audit team also contributed in the plantation drive. The Apple tree was donated by Shri Ram Shabad and the Jamun tree was donated by Ms. Meenu Mohindra.
