Dr. Madan Mohan Tripathi, Director General, NIELIT inaugurated NIELIT Bhubaneswar Centre on 20th September, 2022 in the presence of Shri V Krishnamurthy, Executive Director, NIELIT Kolkata and others to provide Skilling & Re-skilling to the youths of Odisha in the areas of IECT. NIELIT Bhubaneswar has been set up with a total budget outlay of Rs. 774.02 Lakh in appx. 5,200 Sq. ft. carpet area. In the last three years, the centre has trained more than 3300 candidates in the areas of IECT. NIELIT Bhubaneswar is currently housing 2 IT Labs, 1 Electronics Lab, 2 Classrooms, Library and equipped with all basic amenities. It is capable of training approx 1200 students annually in IECT areas through its Skill Oriented Courses.
