A  Workshop on ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ was organized on 03^rd March, 2020 by IPR Cell, NIELIT Calicut.  Workshop has been conducted by Dr. I G Rathish, Asst. Professor, IPR Cell, Inter University Centre for Intellectual Property Rights Studies (IUCIPRS), Cochin.  There were two sessions.  The first session was on “Basic overview of the Indian Patent System” and the 2^nd Session was a hands on experience on “Patent search tools”.  More than forty Students and Faculty members participated in the Workshop.  The Executive Director, Dr. M P. Pillai has inaugurated the Workshop.  Dr. Reena K. K., Sr. Library & Information Officer and IPR Cell Coordinator.
