DGE Sponsored SC/ST Jobseekers' Scheme

The scheme aims towards Capacity building/ Skill development of SC/ST youth in IT and Electronics Sectors for enhancing their employability. It is sponsored by Directorate General of Employment, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India and trainings are being imparted in various IT & Electronics courses through NIELIT's Regional Centres. TheScheme is operated at the National Career Service Centres (NCSCs) for SC/ST at various locations in PAN India.

NIELIT Kurukshetra has been given a training target of 50 candidates in IT-O Level course and 25 candidates in CHMT-O Level course for year 2023-24. The trainings are being imparted in Hisar and Tohana (Fatehabad) in current session.
