In the dynamic world of technology, adaptability is key. The ever-evolving changes in the technology and education is to be taken as an opportunity to learn, grow, and elevate our capabilities. The centre stands at the forefront of technological education, and together, we shall continue to inspire and empower individuals on their journey towards success where technology serves as a catalyst for positive transformation.

The centre is providing opportunities to all sections of the society especially the underprivileged for undergoing skill based NSQF aligned courses from Digital Literacy Courses to different short term and long term courses as per their area of interest. The commitment of the centre in empowering individuals with digital skills and contributing to the growth of the IT sector remains unwavering.

The centre is implementing a wide range of Capacity Building programs aimed towards supporting the initiatives of the Government in IT and related areas. It is the implementing agency for the following Govt. of India sponsored Training programs-

• “Skill Development of youths in Aspirational Districts in area of IECT leading to enhancement in Employability” is being implemented in eleven districts of Jharkhand.
• “Employability Enhancement and Livelihood Training Program [EELTP] of SC/ST & EWS (Women) youth through Capacity Building and Skill Development in IECT in Jharkhand” is implemented in five districts of Jharkhand.
• “ST/SC job seekers scheme” sponsored by Directorate General of Employment, Ministry of Labour & Employment for training SC/ST youths in the state of Jharkhand with NIELIT’s IT O-Level & CHM-T O-Level courses.
• Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) scheme in the state of Jharkhand with the help of its Accredited Training Partners and thereby providing an opportunity to the youths of Jharkhand for making their career in ESDM sector.

The training programs at NIELIT are designed to allow students to advance their careers and creatively address multifaceted problems which also includes industry aligned skill development programs. The students are equipped with intellectual and professional skills based on ethical principles and international best practices. The training programs and courses are aligned to the ‘Skill India’, and the ‘Digital India’ initiatives of the Government of India.

Under the dynamic and visionary leadership of Director General, NIELIT in the last few years has metamorphosed into a national institute of repute, scripting an extraordinary growth story as we continue to uphold the values that define NIELIT - integrity, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality education.
