  • Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme ( IGNOAPS) e Service.

Target:Development of complete solution of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) e Service where complete Manual process was to be automated and beneficiaries would get direct benefits/pension in their respective accounts.
 

Objectives:

  • Receive the new applications which are created in SSDG through the VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur/ Khidmat Centre Operator) through the Front Office Application.

  • Flow of new file from Tehsil Social Welfare Off (TSWO) to District social Welfare Officer (DSWO) and back managing other levels (officer touch points) if any.

  • Automating the Comments during processing.

  • The transition from one level to other to be captured and a status update to be sent to the SSDG along with the Status updates like

                                            a) Claim Accepted,

                                            b) Claim Rejected (with reasons),

                                            c) Require a visit to the office (say with documents/ account details),

  • Record the total flow of funds IN (from Gov) and OUT (disbursed to citizens) and to achieve the direct transfer of benefits to the beneficiary account thereby reducing the unnecessary involvement / footfall of the citizen to Social welfare office.

  • Security of the application as the same is hoisted on the State Data Centre.
