Employability Enhancement & Livelihood Training Program [EELTP] of SC/ST& EWS(Women) Youth through Capacity Building and Skill Development in IECT
About Project
National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), an autonomous scientific society of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India is implementing the project “Employability Enhancement & Livelihood Training Program [EELTP] of SC/ST& EWS(Women) Youth through Capacity Building and Skill Development in IECT” to conduct Skill Development training program of 52,300 SC / ST / EWS (Women) youths belonging to 100 districts in the area of IT & Electronics over a period of 3-years. NIELIT Ranchi is implementing this project in Five districts viz. Dhanbad, Purbi Singhbhum, Bokaro, Palamu and Hazaribagh in the state of Jharkhand. Under this programme, 2,615 (523 per district) youth belonging to categories SC / ST / EWS(Woman) are to be trained in three years in various NSQL-aligned skill development training programmes ranging from 210 Hours to 540 Hours of duration.

Method of Program Implementation
Training will be delivered in the five districts mentioned through NSQF Accredited Training Partner (TP) of NIELIT in the districts. Training Centres/ Institutes desirous of conducting the training in their districts have to apply for NSQF Training Partner Accreditation.
