On January 14, 2025, Shri A.K. Ambedkar, Director General of the Bihar Special Armed Police (BSAP), inaugurated an 18-day skill development training program for 92 BSAP personnel at NIELIT Patna. The event was attended by Prof. (Dr.) Nitin Kumar Puri, Executive Director of NIELIT Patna, along with Deputy Inspector Generals, Commandants, senior officials from BSAP, and senior officials from NIELIT Patna. During the visit, the DG, BSAP, also toured the labs and classrooms. This training program aims to enhance the capabilities of Bihar's Police Force in computers and emerging technologies.
