On 04.01.2025, NIELIT Kurukshetra signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government Polytechnic Umri (Kurukshetra). This agreement aims to enhance the technical capabilities of polytechnic diploma students through the provision of specialized training. The MoU focuses on skilling and upskilling students by offering hands-on experience in various emerging technologies and IECT (Information, Electronics, and Communication Technology) areas. It also includes conducting seminars, webinars, and workshops.

Additionally, this MoU has been extended for five years, ensuring long-term collaboration to foster academic and practical knowledge among the students. This aligns with NIELIT’s vision of preparing the workforce for future technological advancements.
