Land measuring 8.54 acres at Bengthang, Pakyong Sub-division,East Sikkim has been handed over to NIELIT, Gangtok by Government of Sikkim for development of permanent campus of NIELIT, Gangtok. It is expected that this is going to go a long way in building the career of the students in skill development especially in the fields of IT,Electronics and e-Governance in Sikkim as Government of India would be building a state of art infrastructure in the allotted land for taking up capacity building activities for the betterment of the people of Sikkim and neighbouring areas.
