NIELIT Delhi Centre organized a webinar on the topic “Big Data Technologies” on 9th February, 2022 as part of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements. Big Data Technology is one of the ten emerging areas identified by NASSCOM as the FutureSkills. Mr. Anirudra Diwakar, Project Engineer, NIELIT Delhi Centre, was the speaker for the event. The webinar disseminated knowledge about the foundations of Big Data Systems, key assumptions for Big Data Analytics, the platform and tools required to perform predictive analytics such as Hadoop and Spark. The session was highly interactive with various stakeholders such as officers, faculties and students from NIELIT Delhi Centre participating in active discussion. The event received fantastic response from the audience and was a success.
