2.Regular - Blended Courses LMS Site (Instructor Led Live-Training)

NIELIT Center at Chennai is providing facility for the students in Regular/Online blended Courses to learn from home through Instructor Led Live-Training during the pandemic time of COVID-19. This Content Management System Platform are integrated with added features of recording and playback of live sessions conducted by the team of instructors. Students are provided individual access within the Platform to participate and indulge with the live sessions and also have the Virtual Lab access to Practice the concepts according to the course that they are assigned to get trained. 3.E-learning (Online) Courses LMS Site

In NIELIT Center at Chennai, the short term Online Courses with duration of 2 weeks are regulated to adapt to E-learning mode to provide brief and context delivery of subject concepts to the students. Content Management system Platform are integrated with added features of recording and playback of live sessions conducted by the team of instructors. 4.Video Conference Service

In NIELIT Center at Chennai, Video Conferencing services are facilitated for both the students and the management. Necessary features are integrated within the conferencing modules to provide recording and Playback sessions for administering the concept and ideas through virtual conference and also this is integrated with LMS. 5.Mail Service

In NIELIT Center at Chennai, alternative Mail service is facilitated to all contract staffs with the integration of Google workspace. By default, mail communication services are enabled for the users within the management. 6.     Cloud Storage

By default, integration with Google Workspace users within the management are granted access to all of the online software services offered by Google Workspace such as google Drive storage and Google Docs and Sheets, Calendar and Google Meet. In NIELIT Center at Chennai, the available physical lab systems can be accessed remotely through NIELIT Chennai cloud. All computer intensive application are accessing by our students remotely by using this Remote Lab Service especially, CATIA Lab, Remote Access of Office PC and other local services and computer over any browser, any ware and anytime. Security Policies and guidelines are maintained and being used collectively within the Campus by the users of the Management and the students to provide confidentiality and Data Security by securing the service. 8.Cloud Lab Service

In NIELIT Center at Chennai, the available Cloud lab service (Cloud Computing Course advanced Module Practical’s) can be accessed through NIELIT Chennai cloud. This special service is helping our stakeholders to try nested cloud servers and clustering can be configured above our Private Cloud Servers. Security Policies and guidelines are maintained and being used collectively within the Campus by the users of the Management and the students to provide confidentiality and Data Security by securing the service. 9.Virtual Lab Service

In NIELIT Center at Chennai, the available new Virtual lab service can be accessed through NIELIT Chennai cloud by all our blended course students to do daily labs over browser from Day 1 to till the completion of course Projects. This service is growing grammatically, currently more than 200 students are concurrently doing their labs. Also, we are in the process of integrating GPU in this Lab service to run computer intensive graphics designing and AI applications in near future. This is running with Container Technology in thin mode to use the NIELIT Chennai resources efficiently and to give Virtual lab Service to the maximum users. In near future this service will be increased to maximum 4500 concurrent users. Security Policies and guidelines are maintained and being used collectively within the Campus by the users of the Management and the students to provide confidentiality and Data Security by securing the service. 10.Security End-Point Service

In NIELIT Center at Chennai, the available computer nodes and servers within the campus are audited to confirm that each Computer device allotted for the users and for the students for their Lab / service have been secured with Antivirus Software provided either by OEM or Third-Party Client Software. Security Policies and guidelines are maintained and being used collectively within the Campus by the users of the Management and the students to provide confidentiality, Data Security and Ransomware proof.
