INTEGRATION WITH 1905 STATE LEVEL PORTAL (http://pgrslg.punjab.gov.in)

Punjab “1905” is one stop platform for the escalation of citizen grievances. This endeavour is by the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister in the service of citizens.

NIELIT, Chandigarh has developed online portal for integrating the PGRS Cell of Local government, Punjab (Toll Free BSNL No. 1800-1800-0172)with 1905 Online Portal.

The citizen can also login and lodge his/her grievance directly at www.1905.punjab.gov.in. Upon the registration of grievance, sms/ email is sent to the applicant for his information and future tracking. Further timely updates are sent by sms/ email to the applicant.

After successful registration of grievance, it is forwarded to the concerned Administrative Secretary and Nodal Officer of the Department concerned / Deputy Commissioner concerned and Nodal Officer of DC Office for reporting and action.Complete system is automated and the reports are sent through the system. Regular monitoring of reports and pendency is supervised by senior officers of Deputy Chief Minister’s office and action is taken to ensure timely resolution of grievances.
