National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), an Autonomous Scientific Society under MeitY, Government of India, is engaged in Capacity Building and Formal/ Non-Formal Education in IECT area besides development of Industry-oriented quality education and training programs.

NIELIT Bhubaneswar centre was setup in 2021 at OCAC Tower, Acharya Vihar.

With an objective to Train people of Odisha through the series of Skill Oriented and NSQF aligned courses in IECT areas including non-formal courses (O/A/B/C level), Digital Literacy courses and Capacity building/Training  for Govt Employees in Information/Cyber Security, Social Media Analytics and other latest Technology (AI/IoT/Embedded/Cloud computing), NIELIT Bhubaneswar is executing various projects like Skill Development of Youth in Aspirational District in Area of IECT leading to Enhancement in Employability and ESDM to strengthen/uplift  Rural youth of Odisha.

In accomplishing its Mission and vision , NIELIT Bhubaneswar has a network of 40+ Accredited Institutes and 170+ Facilitation Centers in the state of Odisha.
