Overview of the Project  

        Scheme I. 'O' level one year Computer Training through NIELIT Accredited Institutes

A. Eligibility  
  1. न्यूनतम 10+2 या उससे अधिक योग्यता रखने वाले केवल उन एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवारों को ही प्रवेश दिया जा सकता है, जिन्होंने 10+2 या स्नातक स्तर पर कंप्यूटर को एक विषय के रूप में नहीं चुना है। यदि ये उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, तो जिन उम्मीदवारों के पास 10+2 स्तर पर अतिरिक्त विषयों में से एक के रूप में कंप्यूटर विज्ञान है, जिसके लिए परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों को उम्मीदवारों के अंकों के विभाजन/प्रतिशत की गणना के लिए नहीं गिना जाता है, उन्हें भी कंप्यूटर प्रशिक्षण के लिए प्रवेश दिया जा सकता है। यदि योग्यता में प्रतिबंध के कारण पर्याप्त संख्या में पात्र एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, तो सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा उन एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवारों पर विचार करके इसमें छूट दी जा सकती है, जिनकी न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता 10+2 है या जिन्होंने 10+2 या स्नातक स्तर पर कंप्यूटर को एक विषय के रूप में चुना है।
  2. स्नातक डिग्री और अंग्रेजी विषय वाले अभ्यर्थियों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

A Eligibility  
  a)Minimum Educational Qualification 10 + 2 (Science) pass or ITI (one year after 10 pass) in Electrical /Electronics /Computers / Instrumentation Engineering.  All non Science students are required to appear in one additional examination called Bridge Course.
  b)Age <18-30 years
  c) Family Income Rs.3.00 lakh per annum
  d) Course fee FREE
  e) Date of commencement The training has been started from 1.8.2018
  f) Stipend  Rs. 500/- per month per trainee.
