NIELIT Srinagar organized a 5-day boot camp on Drone Technology and Its Applications from March 20 2023 to March 24 2023. The boot camp primarily focused on basics of drone technology and its applications with special emphasis on agriculture. The participants were graduate/postgraduate students of computer science and electronics streams of various colleges of J&K. An expert lecture on applications of drone technology in agriculture was also delivered by Dr Showkat Rasool, Assistant Professor, College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology SKUAST-K. Dark Crystal Business (OPC) Pvt. Ltd also participated in the Boot camp and made audience aware of the latest market trends in drone technology and job opportunities available. The Boot camp is conducted under the MeitY funded project titled as “Capacity Building for Human Resource Development in unmanned Aircraft System (Drone and Technology)”
