Our organization thinks seriously on scope of service management as to how to deliver services, which can meet customer needs and can deliver these services within specified timeframes. However, we feel that merely having a strong team of engineers is not enough to ensure the high quality of services. We understand that it is crucially important to pay much attention to service management, to quality control and to proper organization of service processes and procedures.
