Signing of Agreement between NIELIT Kolkata and St. Xavier's College, Kolkata

A MoU has been signed between St. Xavier's College, Kolkata (SXCK) and NIELIT Kolkata on 25/02/2025 for imparting training to the students of several departments of SXCK in Bootcamp Course (BCMP) on (i) Blockchain Technology and (ii) Big Data Analytics & Data Science Technology through blended mode under Future Skill Prime Project.

The program would offer internship opportunity cum Internship Certificate to the degree pursuing students to encourage them to seek to tap the untapped potential that emerging technologies bring along by causing a transition from traditional classroom learning methodologies, to an online and blended skilling framework.

The MoU has been signed by Shri Tapas Trivedy, CI, FutureSkills Prime Project, NIELIT Kolkata and Rev. Dr. Dominic Savio, SJ Principal, SXCK in presence of witnesses namely Dr. Kalyan Baital, Scientist-D & Co-CI, Big Data Analytics, Mrs. Rashmi Mandal Vijayvergiya, Scientist-D, Co-CI, Blockchain, and Ms. Durba Bhattacharya, Assistant Professor, SXCK.
