The 76th Independence Day was celebrated at NIELIT Jorhat EC with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. As part of the Independence Day 2022 celebrations, Dr. Rana Sharma, Administrative Officer unfurled the National tri-colour in the presence of staff, Students and invitees.

In connection with the “Har Ghar Tiranga” under “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” campaign to celebrate and commemorate 76^th anniversary of Independence, awards were also distributed on 15th August 2022 to the winners on essay competition held on 12^th August'22 at NIELIT Jorhat EC.

Staff of the EC also took part in the video conferencing on 15th August 2022 at 11:00 AM addressed by DG NIELIT to the officials as part of the Independence Day events.
