• The use of technology effectively reflects in the implementation of examination system. Some of the procedures/technologies being used for conduct of safe and secure examination are:

  • Biometric capture of all the candidates for verification of candidates and to avoid any sort of impersonation cases.

  • Frisking of candidates at exam venues to prevent entry of unwanted/unauthorized objects inside the exam venues.

  • Use of new age Jammers to prevent the use of electronic gadgets like mobile, watches etc. by the candidates during the exams.

  • Use of videography at every stage of examination process for handling any unwanted activities during the conduct of exams.

  • Use of sensors, CCTV and electronic devices for activities like race, height, weight measurement etc for Physical Efficiency/Measurement Tests (PE&MT).

  • NIELIT is going to adopt AI-enabled CCTV surveillance/monitoring in the forthcoming exam for monitoring of exams from centralized location in a controlled manner.

• OMR Answer Sheet Designing.

• Conduct of OMR Based/Online Examination.

Centre  Management Module:

• Centre Management and Allocation of exam venues.

• Identification of secure and safe exam venues.

• Identification of staff to handle activities during the conduct of examination
