Directorate General Resettlement (DGR)
Introduction The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) is an inter service organization functioning directly under Department of Ex-serviceman Welfare, Ministry of Defence. DGR assist Ex-Serviceman to train and acquire additional skills and facilitate their resettlement through a second career. Objectives To Provide an interface between the retiring Service Personnel & ESM( including Dis-abled Soldiers, Widows & Dependents) and the Environment (Skilling/Training Institutes & Principal Employers) for ensuring their gainful Re-settlement.

1. Certified Multimedia Course |

Course Outcome: The Certificate Course in Interactive Multimedia development explores the art and science of interactive media development. In this course, students delve into concepts of interactive multimedia development through collaborative, hands-on projects and they explore interactive computing, the fundamentals of website architecture and development, interactive multimedia design and development.

Eligibility: Students who have passed 10+2 examination in any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts) from a recognized board are eligible to seek admission.

2. O Level |

Course Outcome:
The objective of the course is to equip a student with necessary skills as per following job role. i. User Interface (UI) Designer ii. Web Designer iii. Web Publication Assistant iv. Office Automation Assistant v. IoT Application Integrator

Eligibility: 10+2 /ITI Certificate after 10/ 2nd year of a Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma after 10.
Duration: 1 Year (540 hours) Recognition (if any): The course is widely accepted in industry
Assessment and Certification: After undergoing this course, the candidate will be assessed based on project development during the course. The certificate will be issued. |
Registration Process: Registration is a pre-requisite for appearing in ‘O’ Level (IT) examinations. Candidate has to register with NIELIT through student portal https://student.nielit.gov.in. Registration will be valid for 5 years. Registration fee is Rs 500/- |

3. CHM-T(Computer Hardware Maintenance -Technician ) O-Level |

Course Outcome:
The Objective of the CHM O Level course is to train 10+2 Qualifiers to acquire basic knowledge in computer hardware & peripherals for installation, trouble shooting and maintenance, system software, database management , data back-up, disaster prevention, diagnosis, rectification of faults besides personality development and communication skills.
