Union Minister of State for Electronics , Information Technology, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship  visited NIELIT Calicut and interacted with the Directors during the Directors Meet. The Minister said that the NIELITs should take steps to develop the skills of people required to transform India into a trillion-dollar digital economy. The Union Minister suggested that NIELIT should work more closely with other higher education institutes of the country like NITs.
