The Twenty Fourth Meeting of the Executive Committee (EC) of NIELIT, Calicut was held on 26^th December, 2017 at 11.00 AM at NIELIT, Calicut.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. MP Pillai, Executive Director, NIELIT, Calicut.

The following members of the committee actively participated in the meeting:

• Shri Janak Raj, Registrar, NIELIT (present through video conferencing mode)
• Shri A. Baradharajan, Joint Director (F&A), NIELIT, Calicut

Shri Prayag Premarajan, representing M/s. ACR & Company, Chartered Accountants, Calicut, the Statutory Auditors of the Centre, for the financial year 2016-17, attended the meeting as a Special Invitee.

Smt Sheela VS, Scientist/Engineer “F”, NIELIT, Calicut attended the meeting as an Invitee.

After the welcome speech by Dr. MP Pillai, Chairman of the Committee, the members discussed many important matters including on-going projects and activities, financial status and adopted the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year 2016-17, accorded post-facto approval for the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2018-19, and revised Budget Estimates for the financial year 2017-18.
