Course Preamble

The .NET Framework is a comprehensive and consistent programming model for building applications that have visually stunning user experiences, seamless and secure communication, and the ability to model a range of business processes. By providing you with a comprehensive and consistent programming model and a common set of APIs, the .NET Technologies help you to build applications that work the way you want, in the programming language you prefer, across software, services, and devices.

Course Objective

This Online course will empower individuals to learn .NET Technologies within the comfort of their home/office. This course is intended for students/working professionals who want to become experts in .NET Technologies without affecting their study/work. The participants need not have to visit or stay in the campus for attending the course.

Course Outcome

After undergoing this course the participants will be able to develop applications in .NET using C#.NET, VB.NET & ASP.NET.

The students can pursue this online course parallel to their study/work from their home/office. The course is delivered in eLearning mode using a Learning Management System. The efficient evaluation methods used in this course ensures the quality of the training. The total marks for the course and the grading strategy are announced at the beginning of the course. After every week the result of that week activities will be published.

VB.net

Creating Applications with Visual Basic.NET, Variables, Constants, and Calculations, Making Decisions and Working with Strings, Lists, Loops, Validation, Sub Procedures and Functions, Multiple Forms, Standard Modules, and Menus, Arrays, Form Controls, File Handling, Exception Handling, Working with Databases, Advanced Database Programming using ADO.net, Classes, Generics, Collections, Inheritance, Custom Controls, Introduction to Crystal Reports, Linq, Packaging & deployment.

Course Fees

General Candidates: 7000 + Service Tax at actuals= 7980. They need to pay this during the time of initial registration. If anyone is not selected, the amount will be refunded.

SC/ST Students: 1800. They need to pay this during the time of initial registration. This is a security deposit only. They should submit duly filled up concession form and other documents as mentioned in the course brochure. The security deposit is refundable on successful completion of the course.

Eligibility

Basic eligibility is BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/BCA/Diploma/Graduation in any discipline. Students undergoing the course are also eligible. Knowledge of any one programming language like C/C++/Java is a prerequisite to attend the course.
The availability of PC (Windows XP or later, minimum 1GB RAM, 80GB HDD, 2.4GHz processor) with Broadband Internet Connection at the student’s end is compulsory to attend this course.
