Handing Over and Taking over of Tura Land by NIELIT for Tura extension centre on 25.8.2016.

NIELIT has been handed over the land at Tura by State government on 25th August 2016 for building of its permanent campus at Cherangre, Tura, West Garo Hills District. Under the project “Development of North-Eastern Region by enhancing the Training/Education capacity in the IECT area”, an extension centre is to be constructed at Tura for NIELIT Tura extension centre. As such land measuring 2199.70 sq meters more or less has been demarcated and handed over for the purpose. Snapshots shown below of the land.
