NIELIT Kokrajhar EC on 21st June 2024, celebrated the 10th International Day of Yoga. Faculties, Staff and students of NIELIT Kokrajhar EC participated and performed the ancient physical, mental and spiritual discipline originated in India. Warm up exercises were practiced & sitting and standing asanas were performed and importance of these asanas were explained by Mr. Mandwip Baruah, IT Faculty, NIELIT Kokrajhar EC.
