NIELIT Kokrajhar extension centre organized a one day (6 hrs) training program on ‘Cyber Security and Emerging Technologies’ for the students of St. Ann’s College, Kokrajhar on 21^st October, 2022. This approach is an attempt to achieve Capacity Building in IECT (Information Electronics and Communication Technology) under NECB-2.0 project funded by MeitY, Government of India. A total of 168 participants from St. Ann’s College attended the training program. Participants have learned the basics idea of Cyber Security and Emerging Technologies and have expressed their encouraging feedback to further enhance their digital skillsets from such a training programme. The training was coordinated by faculty members of NIELIT Kokrajhar EC. Sr. Tara Bilung, Vice principal, in her concluding speech appreciated the efforts for conducting a program like Cyber security and Emerging Technologies for St. Ann’s College.
