Discussion on the features and the utility of HEIYA App was held at NIELIT Imphal centre on 1st February, 2019. HEIYA is a unique mobile application designed for every family - rich or poor, every person - educated or uneducated and every individual - employed or unemployed. This mobile app has two modules currently - JOBS & ENTERTAINMENT.
