An initiative of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Startup Yatra aims to promote entrepreneurship at a remote level by reaching every state. The Yatra aims to empower budding entrepreneurs in smaller towns working hand-in-hand with the Centre’s ambitious Startup India scheme. Startup India Manipur Yatra, Van Stop  was done at NIELIT Imphal, Akampat on 7th January, 2018 with a total of 43 registrations including staffs and students of NIELIT Imphal centre.
