Internal Demonstration Programme of mySmartCity App in collaboration with NIELIT, Imphal & JobSenz Pvt. Ltd. was held at NIELIT Imphal, Akampat on 28th December, 2018.

mySmartCity is the platform for citizens to voice out their grievances and interact with the government in an efficient and smart way. Issue reporting channels such as Artificial Intelligence chatbot, Facebook messenger and Sanarp mobile application provide an easy way to report public issues like waste management, public safety, parking, sanitation, potholes, etc in just 3 clicks.
