The 5th International Yoga day was celebrated at NIELIT Imphal on 21st June, 2019. On this occasion Shri Th. Prameshor Singh (Executive director, NIELIT imphal), Shri Th. Surendranath Singh (Director, MASTEC) and other dignitaries performed yoga along with the staff and students. The yoga was started at 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM in front of Badminton Hall at NIELIT Imphal. Many complex Yoga positions were demonstrated after 7:45 AM by the NIELIT staff and teachers from other organizations. The Yoga practice session was concluded at 9:00 AM with the closing prayer and the Sankalpa (resolution) to stay healthy, peaceful and joyful.
