For Short Term Courses, Admission open throughout the year and notified through press advertisements (Sikkim Express, Hamro Prajashakti, Dainik Jagran, etc. ) and Centre’s Website from time to time. Government of Sikkim has made NIELIT Basic Computer Course (BCC) of NIELIT as an additional eligibility condition for appointment to posts in the scale of PB Rs. 5200- 20200 GP Rs. 2600 and above to expedite e-governance in Sikkim.
