NIELIT, Gangtok has been actively involved in the capacity building programs for the employees of various industries and government departments. Over a period of time, NIELIT, Gangtok has gained the expertise of customizing the training modules and courses as per the needs of the local departments and industries. Through Accounts and Administrative Training Institute (AATI), Govt. of Sikkim, NIELIT Gangtok has been training government employees in courses like BCC and CCC on a regular basis. From time to time NIELIT Gangtok has been conducting customized courses under joint certification scheme in collaboration with Department of Information Technology, Govt. of Sikkim.
