Dr. Madan Mohan Tripathi, Director General, NIELIT visited NIELIT Daman on 10th Dec 2022 along with Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, Executive Director, NIELIT Aurangabad.   The employees and students of NIELIT Daman extended a warm welcome to the guests. Director General appreciated the state-of-the-art facilities set up at NIELIT Daman.

On this occasion, a Heads of Institutions Meet was organised with the objective of exploring the avenues of skilling up the student community to meet the industry needs in this part of the country.  Dr. Aruna Govada, Assistant Director (IT) Daman, Shri Krishna Kumar, Asst. Director (IT), DNH, Dr. Avinash R. Chaudhari, Principal, Govt. Engineering College, Dr. S. Kumar, Principal, Government College,  Dr. T. Balaganesan, Principal, Government Polytechnic, ,  Shri Sandeep Sachan, Director, NIFT Daman,  Dr. Rakesh Bhujade, HoD IT, Govt. Polytechnic and Smt. Vimala Mathew, Director in Charge, NIELIT Daman were also present in the meeting.

Director General-NIELIT Dr. Madan Mohan Tripathi stressed on the need to create meaningful associations between the institutions with the objective of generating quality manpower and developing skilled professionals. The participants of the meeting also exchanged their ideas and agreed to work together in all possible ways in the future.
