NIELIT Ranchi centre has started functioning from a temporary facility provided by the Govt. of Jharkhand free of cost, located at RIADA Bhawan (2^nd Floor), Main Road, Ranchi after inauguration by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 21-Aug-2014.

Recently, a plot of land measuring 5 acre has been provided by the Govt. of Jharkhand free of cost at Anchal-Kanke, Mouza-Sanga, to build up the permanent campus of NIELIT Ranchi including boys and girls hostel. The possession letter for the land has been ceremoniously handed over by Shri Raghubar Das, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Jharkhand to Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma, Director General, NIELIT during INFOCOM-2015 – Advantage Jharkhand held at Hotel Chanakya BNR on 17-Dec-2015.

Present Activities

NIELIT Ranchi had been entrusted by the Board of Revenue, Govt. of Jharkhand for conducting departmental examination for some of its cadres like Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer & Personal Assistant of Govt. of Jharkhand.
