Celebrating 40^th glorious years of providing services in the area of Electronics and Information Technology, NIELIT Chandigarh started its activities from IETE Building Chandigarh. Shri Rajiv Kumar, Director General, NIELIT and Joint Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, inaugurated premises of NIELIT Chandigarh at IETE Building, Sector 30B, Chandigarh in the presence of Guest of Honor, Shri R. K. Sinha, Director, CSIR-CSIO, Chandigarh, Shri. M. M. Sharma, Executive Director, NIELIT Chandigarh, Shri Janak Raj, Registrar, NIELIT and other dignitaries.  Now, NIELIT Chandigarh has started its activities from Chandigarh also.
