NIELIT Ropar signed an MoU with Institute for Development and Communication (IDC) to mark a significant milestone in their collaboration. This agreement aims to facilitate joint initiatives, including value-added courses in Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Data Mining, Big Data, and Data Science. Additionally, the partnership includes provisions for faculty exchanges, winter break trainings, summer internships, and industry immersion projects to enrich student learning and prepare them for professional success. The MoU underscores a shared commitment to advancing technological education and fostering innovation in Punjab. It was exchanged between Dr. Sanjeev Gupta, Executive Director, NIELIT Ropar, and Dr. Pramod Kumar, Chairperson, IDC, in the presence of Dr. B. S. Ghuman, former Vice-Chancellor of Punjabi University, Patiala, and Chair of the Centre for Regional Development Studies, IDC and senior officers of NIELIT Ms. Renu Wasan and Ms. Sonia Bansal among others.
