National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) Ropar celebrated International Yoga Day 2024 with the theme "Yoga for self and society" with great vigour and enthusiasm. by students and staff of NIELIT Ropar. Yoga was practiced for one hour covering various asans and poses. Ms Neeru and Ms Sonia who regularly do yoga gave some good advice and guidance for making yoga a part of life.
