As part of the Independence Day 2022 celebrations , the Executive Director, Dr. M P Pillai unfurled the National Flag at NIELIT Calicut at 9:00 AM on 15 August 2022.  Sweets were distributed to all the attendees. As part of the Independence day events, DG NIELIT addressed all the officials through Video Conferencing on 15th August 2022 at 11:00 AM. The staff and students attended the meeting.
