A Personality enrichment programme called ‘Art of mind control’ was organised for the Staff and students of NIELIT Centre, Calicut by the NIELIT Staff Recreation Club. The program was conducted by Basics Foundations Calicut which is an initiative of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), Bangalore. The session was handled by Shri. Rohini Suta Das, Coordinator, Basic Foundations Calicut. The talk emphasized on the need and techniques to control the mind and thereby to achieve an aim in life and improve the quality of life. The programme was well received by the audience.
