NIELIT Aurangabad observed the International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2023. Mrs. Sushila Banswal, Yoga teacher briefed about how yoga is beneficial for overall health and enduring sustainable lifestyle, benefit for health towards stress relief, unity of mind & body. All NIELIT staff practiced yoga exercises under her guidance.
